Model Hampton- Great stay

Liked:This is the first time we’ve stayed here in a few years. It has won several Hilton awards since our last stay and we were curious how it would be. Check in was a breeze on the app, and we didn’t bother with keycards, going directly to our room. The room was available about an hour before we had requested check in. It was clean and cool. We were there during a heat wave and the constant fan and cool ac worked great. It was very quiet, I don’t believe I heard a door slam all night. Breakfast the next morning was the standard Hampton breakfast - dining area was spotless and almost empty at 8:30. Tv was not blaring or on Fox News (yay!) and we enjoyed a quiet breakfast. Cookies were available at the desk when we returned in the afternoon Two tips - if road noise bothers you, choose a room on the front of the hotel. The shade is on the front in the evening and on the back in the morning. Great stay. Front desk was helpful when we were looking for a couple of things we forgot. Housekeeping did a nice job on our room and was super quiet. Looking forward to returning.

Fresh and Functional - Praise for the investment in quality interior design.

Liked:The reception staff gave me a lovely welcome and I LOVE the renovation! The hotel has been refreshed with excellent details like functional hooks, new beds carpeting and furniture. It makes sense except I have a large suitcase and had no where to put it. The bed was comfortable which is clutch for a hotel. Definitely an asset for the community to have a nice place to stay at a reasonable cost. Proof that investing in good interior design improves quality of life for happy customers. BRAVO Hampton Inn Hagerstown!!

A typical Hilton suite. Clean, neat, well provisioned and well staffed

Liked:I’m never surprised by what a great hotel can offer. This one was well run with managers at the helm making sure it was done in a way Hilton would expect. A great example of how it’s done. The breakfast had ample supply of warm food ,although the dairy was a little lacking. The pool was exquisite and offered great joys to our children.
