Exemplary Staff at Westin Gurugram

Liked:Stayed in Westin Gurugram on Mothers day. It was a pleasure staying. Our stay was made pleasant by the sincere effort of Srishti. Her prompt and polite response is greatly appreciated. I interacted with Abir Roy and Sahil Sachdeva. They were both extremely polite , understanding and professional. I could see them attending to the other guests and resolving issues. Their effort has been EXCEPTIONAL. Food in the lounge and main dining room was tasty , served hot and well prepared The effort of the Lounge staff was also exemplary.. Overall an Exceptional stay. Thanks

Superb Experience

Liked:My stay at Westin Gurgaon was super. Everything was done as per my preferences and I got the best luxury experience possible. Pratibha from Westing was there for my requests even before I checked in, she helped with swift check in and check out and also added Complimentary breakfast which was initially not included in my booking. The food was also great and overall the staff was very attentive and caring.
