Pleasant, but expected higher quality and cleaner rooms.

Liked:The water park and pool

Disliked:Curtains were damaged and wouldn’t close, stains on the carpet, damaged floor, remote and tv channels were slow to access/didn’t work. Alarm clock didn’t work and the clock was an hour behind- couldn’t set it to the correct clock time. Can’t order from the restaurants from the hotel phone- no room delivery service. Does not meet the quality or service standards of a “resort”. No ice machine on the second floor.

Liked:We tried the apartments for the first time and they were well worth it! Everything you need. The pool and lazy river never disappoint.

Disliked:That we had to leave.

very nice place, would stay again.

Liked:my family loved the waterpark and arcade. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. the location was close to the park and fishing pier. there was plenty to do in the area. the waterpark is probably the best thing, my family loved it. we would stay again,

Disliked:the wait for our room was longer than expected. the part of the hotel we stayed was limited on where you could enter. the staff seemed over whelmed at times in the hippy fish restaurant. the rooms could have been colder for me personally. needs microwaves in the rooms.

Liked:We enjoyed the water park, of course. The Hippi Fish Arcade was a fun thing to do when it rained. We also enjoyed the miniature golf course, though it was an awfully hot day. V

Disliked:The restaurant prices could have been more reasonable.
