Liked:Everything was handled pretty quickly. Just had to make sure to contact the host before you get there and then provide any IDs and documentation to the staff there. The process was quick and seamless.

Never come back

Liked:Nothing

Disliked:Noise, lack of cleaning, didn’t change sheets and we found strands of hair in it

Great option close to GRU

Liked:The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. It's also close enough to Guarulhos airport, but still well within the city, meaning it's easier to find places to eat. The fridge is stacked with water and soda and is reasonably priced. I had stayed with them before and knew what to expect, so in short, a good place to relax before or right after a long trip in and out of GRU.

Disliked:We had a minor cleaning issue - a used towel in the bathroom. But the host was attentive and replied real fast, and again, it was no big deal.
