Would definitely recommend!

Liked:Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing. The swimming pool and hot tub were really nice and warm, just could be a bit bigger! Room was perfect. The shuttle to the airport was super easy as well.

Disliked:The pool could be bigger as only one group could use at once, but still having it there is cool!

very bad service, insensitive staff, extreme frustration

Liked:Nothing, because I was not really allowed to stay in the hotel due to the rejection of my confirmed reservation on the Booking.com system (my reservation was OK, but the hotel receptionist refused my family's entry and offered no alternative).

Disliked:I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hotel Slaviero (Guarulhos) in August 2026. I am expressing my frustration here and want to explain the details of this very bad incident. Although my reservation had been fully confirmed through Booking.com (we even called Booking.com to further confirm it), the hotel refused to honour it upon our arrival. We spent more than 2 hours arguing but to no avail. As a result, my family was left without accommodation in the early evening, forcing us to find and pay for emergency accommodation at very short notice, as we had no other realistic option in the hotel. Unfortunately, Booking.com did not offer to cover the price difference either and we had to find a last-minute alternative. It was really shocking because the receptionist of Hotel Slaviero could have easily resolved the problem. I was ready to make the necessary payment for for a 3-bed room, but the young man categorically refused to listed to my argument. This situation caused significant stress, inconvenience and unnecessary expense. I still expect a full explanation from Hotel Slaviero of how this could have happened, together with appropriate compensation for the disruption and additional costs incurred. This incident reflects a serious failure in customer service and booking management, and I sincerely hope the hotel will be held accountable rather than simply dismissing what happened.

Fair facilities but fully transparents with the transfer to the airport

Liked:I stayed with my family for an overnight, it was ok for the porpoise, room was comfortable and decently clean and the staff nice.

Disliked:What I didn’t like is that I chose the hotel especially for the transfer to the airport, the next day we waited for the transfer 1/2 and hour and nobody tell us (and all the people waiting) that the transfer had some sort of problem and was not coming soon. We all had to take taxis because we went to the desk and there they tell us the news. Basically, I chose the hotel only for the transfer and I ended up paying a taxi to the airport. Never going back
