Could have been better

Liked:Our experience was not what we expected We were met by the owner of the Villa whose first words were why are you here? You do not have reservations. She attempted to tell us that we are not supposed to be checking in on the day and that she does not care about what we have as a confirmation, there are no rooms for us. A few minutes later, somehow the rooms became available, and our reservation was in fact found. Not the best welcome! The property is beautiful, the rooms are not and look nothing like the pictures on your website. Our experience would’ve been better if the hostess’ attitude was a little more customer service like and a little less fascist!

Liked:Very nice property, Swimming pool amazing, however there was ants infestation on the swimming pool chairs. Quiet from the noise of the traffic, however we had a room by the kitchen and they clinked pants and whatever till midnight.

Liked:Absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Les Rosiers for our two nights. Beautiful small boutique hotel with good sized rooms, private outdoor patio, beautiful pool area and lounging areas throughout the property to relax. The owner couple were so hospitable and friendly and inviting. We dined at the hotel one night and it was by far our best dining experience during our entire time in France!! The chef did an exquisite meal for us both as my wife loved her lamb dish and my freshly caught sea bream was fantastic. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel.
