Liked:They canceled on us four and a half hours before check-in through an automated expedia email. We did not see the email until after arriving at the place and not being able to get the person who was obviously inside to answer or either phone number we had. We had just talked to someone and confirmed everything the day before our reservation. I understand things can happen, but this was not the way to go about canceling.
