Exactly what I wanted

Liked:The building itself is exactly what you would hope for given the location. Checking in via a phone call then just walking into your room is a vast improvement over a lobby and a desk attendant. The area is extremely quiet, a very nice contrast compared to options in Manitou Springs. Felt like it could be many miles into the high country without the drive.

Disliked:There's nothing to dislike.

For the amount of money for the night it was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying there

Liked:I loved the location and the views. The balcony was great.

Disliked:When I used the jacuzzi tub the water was yellow. Like there was rust in the pipes. Once I turned the jacuzzi on orange foam came out of the jets. So I could not use it and that is the reason I booked the room. The next morning there was no hot water in the shower or sinks.
