Never again.

Liked:Didn't eat there

Disliked:Pillows suck. No in room coffee pot. Had to ask for one . Went through two neither worked. Ended up buying my own. Stayed four nights, cleaning crew only came by once. Had to take out my trash and had to go up and get clean towels.

Staff were very unprofessional.

Disliked:Staff were very unprofessional. They denied us entry into the hotel lobby and dealt with us through a window open to the street late at night after we just arrived from the airport. They lost my reservation and demanded us to pay for the first night even though we paid for the full stay before we arrived. the reception asked us to pay for the first night then they would resolve it in the morning because he couldn't find my reservation. He asked me to give him my credit card pin number because I couldn't reach the machine from outside the hotel through a window to the street.
