Fantastic location, average accommodation.

Liked:We came to see one of the wonders of the world and it didn't dissapoint but the lodge has placed all its eggs in the location basket. A guest lounge area with a view of the canyon and a fieplace would have been wonderful. The lack of soundproofing between cabins led to a very poor night's sleep. Our three nights were cut to one due to water pipe maintenance which was very disappointing as very little notice was provided.

A good stay

Liked:This was the second time we have stayed at Bright Angel Lodge. The first time was about 15 years ago, it's really all about the location. It really hadn't changed since then. The room was clean and had only a microwave. It wasn't far from the rim of the Grand Canyon and was close to the shuttle. We would stay again if we ever get to go back to the Grand Canyon.

Romantic Canyon Walk

Liked:Winter is th4e perf3ct time to visit the Grand Canyon. It is not as crowded or as hot as the summer. Everyone seemed more relaxed, and the canyon was beautiful with snow!

Awesome!

Liked:So awesome to be so close to the canyon. Loved being able to just step outside and be there, made it easier to wake early to watch the sunrise (in pajamas). Only problem we had was parking at night and trying to find our way back, so many elk 😂
