The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out. - BEACH HOUSE ROOMS - bookable only for adults above 18 years (NO CHILDREN ALLOWED in Beach Garden, Beach Superior, Beach Deluxe, Beach Penthouse)Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Mixed reports: several guests praised good cleaning and tidy bungalows, but multiple reviews describe mold, insects, poor hygiene in some rooms and algae/pool water issues.
Consistently excellent: many guests singled out staff (Thivanka, Anika, Oliver, Rabbi, Rikesh, Ishan, Ravindu and others) as very friendly, attentive and welcoming.
Strong location on or near Grande Anse beach and convenient for island buses; however several guests reported heavy seaweed/algae making parts of the beach less usable at times.
Rooms and bungalows are charming for some but several guests noted small/narrow bathrooms, basic/simple furnishings and areas showing wear or needing renovation.
Very good facilities cited across reviews: two large pools, tennis court, billiards, tranquil villas, tortoises and pleasant poolside/restaurant patios.
