Liked:Checking in was easy, staff were friendly, had a kettle in the room.

Disliked:Despite Spa facilities being empty, no provision could be made for female only access to the spa facilities for 1-2 hours. This is a shame as its a loss of revenue for the hotel and reduced experience for any female muslim guests.

Overall a very good stay. Would recommend for families.

Liked:Family-friendly. Nice halal breakfast options.

Disliked:The heated pool was cold as the heater wasn’t working during our three-day stay. We got to use the outside pool but it would have been nice to be able to use the indoors one too especially when it gets busy outside.
