Liked:Pool was nice although the plastic grids round the side need tending to as a holidaymaker fell down it, almost a bad accident.

Disliked:We paid half board, breakfast not very nice, evening meal we went to the restaurant to find it closed and was advised to dine at the smash burger restaurant, following day restaurant open but food was not really any choice staff brought it out on a plate with a glass of water, 3rd day buffet open but again limited not very nice food apart from one dish. On arrival was given a room in the separate building overlooking the worst view ever of derelict houses looked like a crack den, asked to be moved which the receptionist did, much better. Rooms not that nice dated and scruffy but better view. Drinks from bar terrible, flat warm coke, don't know how to make cocktails and not the best value.

Liked:Stuff is friendly

Disliked:Do not book this hotel. It’s marketed as 4-star but nothing about it reflects that. We were given an old, dirty room with mold in the bathroom and a foul smell coming from either the toilet or shower — we couldn’t tell which, and honestly didn’t want to find out. The furniture was broken — drawers wouldn’t close properly and things were falling apart. The sheets had stains on them. Dirty mirrors. Water not going away in the shower. And the AC unit leaked directly onto my friend’s head while she slept — so we had a choice: turn the AC off and roast in the heat, or leave it on and get dripped on. Genuinely absurd for a paying guest. We complained at reception and were given a new room the next day. It was newer, AC wasn’t broken, but as dirty and just as smelly. On top of that: paper-thin walls (you hear every footstep and conversation next door), housekeeping came exactly once in our entire stay, breakfast was mediocre, and the hotel sits right on a noisy street. This is not a 4-star experience by any definition. I’d give it 1 star if I could. Avoid.

Pleasant area to stay the best restaurant was Delicosa very reasonable and great food.

Liked:Nice area close to lovely beach and restaurants Small pool but clean & pleasant.

Disliked:On arrival in late afternoon given room key when we entered the room it hadn’t been cleaned and there was still dirty towels and clothes left about also bathroom & toilet were dirty. It was a small room with 2 single beds but we had ordered a lge superior room with lge bed and a single. Went down to complain and they said it was a superior room (no way)! so showed them a photo of what we had ordered they eventually moved us to a larger room with a lge bed and settee.The settee had a few stains on and the sheet only just fit across the bed so kept riding up everywhere.
