Liked:The location was very convenient and one of the strongest points of the stay.

Disliked:However, there were some areas that could be improved. During the night, noise from doors closing in the hallway was quite disturbing and affected the comfort of the stay. For breakfast, having a reservation system could make the process more organized and convenient. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room could be improved, as it was not possible to adjust the temperature properly or keep the system from turning off, which affected room comfort.

Comfortable stay

Liked:I had a great night sleep here the bed was comfortable , the staff were friendly and the hotel was in a good location.

Disliked:I found my family size room smaller than what I expected and was disappointed there was no tra or coffee making facilities in the room.

Good location and value for money.

Liked:Good location just across from Central Station, only 3-4 minutes walk from the main tram hub. Spacious room with good sized bathroom. Nice sauna and jacuzzi. Friendly staff.

Disliked:The bathroom wasn't as modern as pictured, but still pleasant. There was no tissue box in the room. The sauna is on a 30 minute timer and doesn't get hot enough in that time from cold. The jacuzzi is also on a timer.

Good value for the money, nice stay

Liked:Good value for the money. Good location. Very nice room (small, but I felt good there). Great breakfast.

Disliked:Once the entrance lady in the breakfast area was very rude, becauce we didn’ t reserve the time of breakfast, even the area was quite empty with many free tables. We didn’t reserve the time also in the other days and even the area was much more crowded it was without any coments. Also the spa area. We didn ´t get the sheest. Only the towel. So the people go in the sauna in wet swimsuit. You can go there for one hour a day, but the sauna teperatiur is only 30•C and you have the turn in on and i took another 20 minutes to warm it into the right temperatuir. Spa is nice area but without good rules.
