Liked:It was a good layout, enjoyed the hot tub and there was adequate extra bedding, towels, and supplies in the kitchen to accommodate all needs. Enjoyed underground locked parking and activities like puzzles. Communication to staff via text worked well.

Disliked:Some of the blind were tricky or missing, toilet water had difficulty refilling and often ran, fireplace light did not work.

Disliked:No AC Bathtub waste pipe came away and water seeped from under the bathtub all over bathroom floor. We mopped up. Phone number provided in text instructions was old number. Staff at resort gave us another phone number to call Handyperson entered unit. Left 2 bath towels. No followup to advise if problem fixed. We did not use bath/ shower again
