Best stay in Bali!

Liked:The pictures speak for itself, the views from the rooms, the sunset bar with happy hour and Warung restaurant are fabulous but the real x-factor here is the staff. Everyone we came across was so friendly, so helpful and you’ll notice if you stay more than one day there’s a real marked effort put in to learn and remember your name. It just exemplifies the dedication they put into their guests and your enjoyment of this outstanding place. Also the complimentary activities are a great experience and deal, the coffee tasting and plantation walk as well as the free morning yoga are definitely worth doing! The spa is also the best Balinese massage we had and very reasonable rates. Terima Kasih!!

Fabulous stay in the northern mountains with plunging views on the ocean.

Liked:Superb 5-atar hotel, bordering the palace level in our experience. Personnel is numerous and ultra professional. Activities like yoga, massages and cooking class is high quality. The private swimming pool + jacuzzi in our specific villa was simply a dream, particularly at night under the stars. Go swim with the dolphins in Lovina ! .. but not at 6am with the main crowd, 8am is much better : the dolphins are still very much to be seen and there are 10x less people. The Balinese restaurant of the hotel makes a

Disliked:The mattress of our villa (passion fruit) could perhaps be replaced. We found a few hairs on the floor in our bathroom.

A great hotel offering lots of activities

Liked:Great hotel with multiples swimming pools and jacuzzi. Rooms are spacious. The restaurant is very good and Astuni, our favorite waiter, was the absolute best and teached us a lot on Bali and MUNDUK (thanks to him) !

Disliked:Lots of activities, some a bit pricey for the region.
