Dirty!

Liked:Spacious rooms

Disliked:The rooms were very dirty, and because everything was old everything looked even dirtier. The bed sheets had stains, the matras sheet was so thin you could see the stains from the matras below it. The toilet seat was disgusting. The reception staff ignored you when you said good morning. This is clearly a hotel that's just there to make money.

Very good lodging outside city center

Liked:Quite a big hotel with everything one could ask for, a bit outside the city center. Free parking and fairly close to train station is a bonus. Nice breakfast, not a huge selection, but everything was fresh and nice. Friendly staff.

Disliked:A pity that that cleaning of rooms was not performed in the afternoons. Air in room was damp as we preferred not to open windows toward the big street.

Mistake made up for with good customer care

Liked:The new coming system messed up ...but I was booked into another hotel for 1 night. Taxi there abs bank and a few drinks laid on. Whilst the mistake was annoying thry dealt with it very well looking after those affected like me. The location whilst suburban was 15 min by train From the centre so v accessible. Wellness centre included Very good breakfast and decent rooms

Disliked:Cock up described above 2 single beds and sheets for a double room. Common I know but irritating
