Will reconsider in booking future stays

Disliked:Notified the desk early Saturday that toilet was not working hoping that they would work on it while we were out all day for a funeral. Came back after 8pm to find the room was not cleaned and toilet still not working. Desk staff came up to check and offered to switch us out but gave us a queen instead of a King that was originally booked. Too late to argue but very disappointed.
