If unable to meet the obligations for staying CALL or TEXT

Disliked:The plumbing had a an issue earlier in the day. Instead of being notified we arrived in the late evening only to have to wait over 40 minutes before an attendant came and informed us of the inability to check us in due to no water. It's now after 11 pm and we are trying to secure accommodations for the weekend. If informed earlier (problems occur) we could have made different arrangements while still traveling.

Worse experience ever.

Disliked:What didnt i like? Let's see i checked in at 2 pm was told id get my key to room 20 when I came back that night after they took my payment already. I told them what time id be back. Arrived back at that time. Noone is in the office so I call the number that it says to call. Called 5 times before the man answered and said we don't have any fing rooms quit fing calling. I proceeded to call 45 more times. Again I already paid. Another family came that was supposed to have 2 rooms they start calling finally the man came from the darkness and apologized said he forgot I was coming they are over booked he needed to go talk to the manager. He comes back and tell the other family they need to contact whoever they booked through for a refund and told me that someone checked out of room 20 and he just needed to clean it. By this point its went from 12 am to 1:30 am. His version of cleaning it was putting new sheets and covers on. The room was absolutely filthy. Cockroaches everywhere. We couldn't even bring our bags in. And honestly if I were closer to home id went ahead and drive home but I was 4 and a half hours away. Anyways yall don't ever stay here it aint worth your money or time.
