Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation. You will receive a secure link called SOTpay to complete your transaction. Due to security reasons this link can only be opened once and will expire after 24 hours. This property does not accept cash payments. Reservations for 4 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and full payment 28 days prior to arrival. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00-18:00. Bank holiday hours may differ. Reception is open Daily from 10.00 to 16.00, while time self check-in can be arranged. Room servicing will only occur if your stay is 7 nights or more.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
