Good property.

Liked:The property was surrounded with greenery and very close to the zoo. The room was comfortable clean and with a good view. Food was good too.

Beautiful 😍

Liked:The rooms, restaurant and pool are well appointed. Complimentary access to the zoo included. The spa is amazing! The food is great, staff are attentive and friendly. The room was clean and huge!

Great experience with sanctoo

Liked:The room is spacious and clean! One thing that stands out for me is the staff remember your name, that is really an effort to remember everyone who checks in the hotel. Plus point for being next to the zoo and the unlimited zoo entries! My boy enjoys them. The facilities are great and well maintained and since it is low density, it is less crowded in the pool. Also, during breakfast you get to see the cassowary. Overall its very family friendly. Will definitely repeat this hotel in the future.

Disliked:Water in the toilet does not seem to drain well and our aircond is a bit noisy that I didnt get enough sleep the first night. Breakfast has limited variety.
