Poor.

Liked:The room was not available on my arrival. Although I had called one day prior to my arrival, I was asked to wait for more than an hour after telling them that I had a booking confirmed.

Disliked:The hotel does not entertain 3rd party bookings. They let their customers wait without any sensitivity or considerations.
