Great apartment in a good location near the beach. Clean and comfortable.

Liked:Great location, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The host is very nice.

Disliked:Nowhere to dry clothes inside.

Excellent!

Liked:I like that they provided us with coffee, milk, tea, and a breakfast biscuit. There was also a Barik card, the but we didn’t use it. The location was excellent and they were very helpful with us dropping off our bags early. We had a lovely dinner there and they were basic kitchen staples. Our host was very responsive and helpful with the taxi and any questions.

Liked:Great location and very clean. Good size

Disliked:The kids room had very few amenities. No chair, bedside table, bedside lamp. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t open properly. Other drawers in the dressing room were falling out. Floor was peeling up

Liked:The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable to use, it was convenient for cooking. The hosts were caring and responsive.

Disliked:The apartment clearly needs renovation. The interior looks very old and worn out, likely from 20 years ago. Furniture, fittings, and doors are outdated and in poor condition, with cracks, scratches, and a generally tired look. The sofa in the living room was terrible, unpleasant to sit on, dirty, and with an unpleasant smell. Walls, doors, and furniture show that no real renovation has been done for a long time, despite one of the previous reviews claiming otherwise, which feels misleading. The windows face an inner courtyard, with some facing a light well and others looking directly at a wall. The bedding setup was very uncomfortable and unhygienic: instead of a duvet cover, there was just a sheet wrapped around the blanket, which moves around and forces you to touch the blanket itself, not fresh and used by many guests before. Many hotels in Spain do use proper duvet covers, so this could be easily improved. Overall, the apartment was not a pleasant place to spend time in, and I often wanted to leave. At a price above 300 euros, the quality does not match the cost.
