Disliked:Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable experience during my recent hotel stay booked through Booking.com. On the first night, when I went to bed, I discovered that my side of the mattress was wet. At first, I assumed someone had accidentally spilled water, but after checking more carefully, it appeared to be urine. To make matters worse, there was no mattress protector on the bed. I immediately contacted the front desk, and a staff member came to my room. Unfortunately, instead of replacing the mattress or moving us to another room, they simply placed a few extra sheets over the mattress. This did not resolve the issue, and I felt extremely uncomfortable sleeping on the bed. As a result, I barely slept that night, and what should have been a relaxing stay turned into a very unpleasant experience. I chose this property expecting basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Discovering what appeared to be bodily fluids on the mattress was both distressing and unacceptable. Given the circumstances and the significant impact this had on my stay, I respectfully request a refund for the first night’s accommodation, or another appropriate form of compensation. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and let me know how you intend to resolve this complaint. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your prompt response. Very nice for a medium budget stay.

Liked:Staff were very nice and helpful when borrowing equipment. Restaurant staff were great. Very friendly. Room was spacious.

Disliked:No housekeeping unless specifically requested. Landscaping and beach need attention. Better upkeep of the exterior would improve general impression.
