Tatty, old fashioned and very unwelcoming is how I would categorise this apartment.

Liked:The position was ideal as this is where I wanted to be and exactly the same block were I have friends who live there.

Disliked:It was cold, very unwelcoming, tatty, old fashioned and nothing like the other apartment in the same block I stayed in a few years ago. It was extremely expensive too but it was somewhere that I wanted to stay so was obliged to pay the amount.

Good

Liked:I wouldn't say superb but comfortable yes. The small apartment is complete, there is a small kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, stove, fridge ..), the bathroom, the toilet and the living room. The apartment is on the first floor of a seven-storey building but it is very bright and quiet, it is a few tens of meters from Gentilly station of the RER B, nearby there are bakeries and takeaways where it is possible to take away food. I would stay here again.

Disliked:The furniture in the flat is old and in some cases in poor condition, and some of the furnishing solutions, although inexpensive, should have been done more carefully. The separation between the bed and the sofa is very precarious. I found the bed uncomfortable and the pillow too big.
