Liked:Andrea is an amazing host. Although we were delayed and didn't manage to check-in on time, he waited us or as long as it was needed. He is friendly, polite and happy to help with whatever we asked. He also recommended a number of restaurants and sights to visit, which proved extra helpful. The apartment is superbly located in the historical center of the town. It was spotless and provided all the comforts - amenities Andrea is an amazing host. Although we were delayed and didn't manage to check-in on time, he waited us or as long as it was needed. He is friendly, polite and happy to help with whatever we asked. He also suggested a number of restaurants and sights to visit, which proved extra helpful. The location is superb, just in the historical center of the town. It was spotless and provided all the comforts - amenities described and even more Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend both Andrea and his apartment to anyone visiting the area..

Great apartment in the heart of old Genoa, easy parking and wonderful host!

Liked:Our host Andrea was in touch with us as soon as the booking was made and he kept in touch so that we knew when and where to meet him once we arrived in Genoa. He escorted us to the parking spot and on to the apartment. We really felt welcomed! The apartment is super clean, very well designed and the location is amazing for getting around Genoa. The parking lot is safe and just a short distance away....very, very convenient for leaving our car and getting around on foot. I highly recommend this nice apartment to anyone visiting Genoa.

Disliked:All was well. We loved everything about the apartment.

Very enjoyable 2 nights stay in Genoa. The location of the apartment is great and we can pretty much get to everywhere

Liked:Central location (just at the edge of the old town); clean and nice deco; lift and AC work well; equipped with washing machine and even dryer (rare in Italy); friendly and helpful host (who even waited for us just outside the car park and led us to the parking spot; and brought us to the apartment after).

A positively perfect stay for enjoying Genova and the Ligurian coast to the fullest.

Liked:Everything was top-notch. Very comfortable bed. Convenient kitchen/dining/living combo. Very convenient location just down the street from Basilica di San Lorenzo and Ducal palace. View of old city gate from living room window. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and gelaterias on same street as well as just around many corners in the old town. Short, pleasant walk to porto antico. Fifth floor location meant quiet nights even when there was a concert in front of the Ducsl palace down the street - and lift/elevator fit us and luggage. The host, Andrea, met us as we stepped out of the taxi from the train station (about a 15 euro ride) and checked us in, providing us with a tour of his lovely apartment and a map, which he annotated with many recommendations for sites to visit and local restaurants (which were all hits) - could not have been a nicer or more helpful man. We would stay there again if visiting Genova. A short, 15- minute walk (almost entirely under porticos) to the Genova Brignole train station from which you can easily reach coastal towns like Camogli, Santa Margherita Ligure, and Cinque Terre towns like Monterosso to the south or Italian Riviera towns to the west.

Disliked:Those with mobility issues should be aware the bedroom and bathroom are perhaps 6 or 7 steps up from the rest of the apartment.
