Very disappointing.

Liked:Air con was good.

Disliked:Where do I start? Worst hotel ive ever stayed in. I walk in, to realise my door code doesnt work, so I stand in the hallway for half an hour dripping of sweat with no answer from the owner. Finally got into the room, I open the wardrobe to put clothes away and the door comes off and lands on my toe (which is now badly bruised). Its advertised as a “sea view” bur all you see from the balcony is a main road. The menu shows beers available to buy in the fridge but there was no beer in the fridge. The shower was so small, I banged my elbows every time I moved (must have been made for children). The shower varies in temperature and leaks all over the floor. Exposed wires handing from the ceiling in the shower room, very dangerous. Floors in the room were so dirty my feet were black on the bottom. Customer service was poor. I expressed my concerns and waited hours for a reply. Shocking.

Great stay! Good price. Stayed a couple nights and was able to take the trains to Cinque Terre and Portofino.

Liked:Great Location. Super nice staff. Very clean and comfortable.

Disliked:Bathroom outside of the bedroom was a bit inconvenient but I knew it when I booked it. So it wasn’t too bad.
