Perfect for a visit to Genova especially close to all historic sites by walking.

Liked:The reception team for the shifts were great. The breakfast team the baristas were incredible the breakfast buffet met every and exceeded my expectations.

Disliked:That i could not stay longer, had to leave for Torino.

I may have had a better experience in the other Best Western down the street.

Liked:Loved the old architecture and the location. Bed was comfortable, and ventilation in the room was adequate. Decent breakfast.

Disliked:Stairs- have to go up stairs to get into the hotel, stairs on the floor. The elevator was very small and difficult to use with luggage. Shower controls were hard to figure out. Instructions would have helped.

Best Western? More Like Best Decision

Liked:The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Piazza De Ferrari. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. If I visit Genoa again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
