Wonderful stay highly recommended

Liked:Great property. It ticked every box. Great value. Great communication. Super breakfast. Very very lovely bedroom with a cute balcony. Absolutely everything you want. Great location. Secure parking and reasonable cost. Close to the sea. Very Nice neighbourhood.

Comfortable spot up the street from the sea in Genoa

Liked:My cousin and I were visiting Genoa but did not want to stay in the center of the city. This place, a short bus ride from the center of town and a short walk to Boccadasse along the water fit what we wanted to a T. Though we checked ourselves in (more and more the case in Italy), and some of the directions seemed confusing, once we were in, it was a comfortable spot from which to explore all of the wonders of Genoa. We did get to meet Francesca (the owner) before we left, and she was delightful. It was the wonderful Cassandra who took care of us daily at the B&B bringing an incredible spread of fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, focaccia, meats, cereal, etc. for our breakfast. She was friendly and accommodating to our different needs (early breakfast before a cooking class we had signed up for, e.g.) The parking, once we found it, was easy to navigate. And the rooms, were very comfortable. There were only two that we saw (on our floor), so we had it private to us since we had booked two rooms. We would return in a heartbeat!

Disliked:The room and facilities provided was not worth the money, the furniture was old, the fridge did not work and cool the drinks, I had the same breakfast every day with extremely limited and poor options, I was falsely accused of a coffee stain in one of the bedrooms that I did not even drink coffee in, the doors were extremely squeaky, the toilet did not work properly and the water ran continuously- I would never go there ever again, extremly bad experience.
