Across the road from tram and convenient kitchen and washing machine facilities in the room

Liked:Kitchen facilities, across the road from the tram, washing machine which is a bonus . We were initially concerned about the electronic keys but it was super easy and we were given clear instructions in which tram to catch from the train station and how to operate the electronic keys

Disliked:Washing machine was in French which was fine after some googling to translate , but still couldn’t figure out how to use the dryer option . Otherwise it was fine we managed to get our washing done

Good for a single young professional

Liked:It would be great for a single young working professional who is staying for an extended stay. Has plenty of laundry facilities. All self service with a fair number of instructions but everything worked like it was supposed to.

Disliked:Felt more like a camper van. Really not adequate for two adults. I was doing laundry upstairs and neglected to shut the door because I did not see the sign on the door. The attendant barked at me a bit I felt, so I would suggest a softer tone.

Great room, great location, super clean

Liked:Super clean and modern, excellent facilities in the building including luggage storage. Right next to tram/bus station so easy to get into the city centre. Supermarket next door was great too

Disliked:Online check in and need for mobile for access to property and your room was a little confusing. Must be done prior to arrival - if you arrive out of hours and not aware of this you could be stuck. Didn’t affect our stay though

Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Liked:Very convenient for transport, lovely communal area, friendly staff.

Disliked:The door was a little hard to find, using google maps and the instructions on the web page! It’s right at the tram stop, not a 2 minute walk away.
