Very poor customer service

Disliked:I booked and paid for our accommodation 3 months in advance. We arrived at midnight due to a delayed flight. We waited 10 minutes at reception to be told our room was no longer available. We were offered a transfer to a Holiday Inn. We refused and insisted on a room being made available at the Nash hotel where our car was parked. Eventually we were asked to go next door to the Nash Suites hotel. There was no real apology and no explanation, other than the “system” over books. What a disgraceful way to run a hotel! We stayed four nights earlier at the Nash hotel before flying to Ibiza for a wedding and left our car at the hotel at the not inconsiderable price of €150. This is a very poor way to treat customers.

Liked:shuttle convenience/location to airport. bar was nice right at the entrance. IPA recommendation was delish.

Disliked:room was a little small and would prefer twin beds be apart, not next to each other. noise from conversations around elevator was a little annoying.
