Lovely hotel, great staff, convenient location

Liked:A one night stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We ate in the hotel's restaurant and the food was delicious, but I would advise anyone to book in advance. We had pre-dinner drinks in the newly opened hotel bar.....the staff were very accommodating and even made a special trip to the restaurant to get a liqueur I wanted that they didn't have. The gym was small but very clean with all the basic equipment.
Disliked:I wish I could have stayed longer!

Try this hotel once and you will know why you shoudl stay here....

Liked:A wonderful boutique hotel in a perfect, quiet location in the heart of Geneva’s most beautiful quarter, where you are looked after as a welcome guest. There are only a few hotels in the world where I have walked in and thought: this is marvelous. It is not just the decor or the location, but the hospitality. It is a quiet, understated luxury, not the kind that screams “we are a luxury hotel,” but where everything is considered, down to a little cradle for your eyeglasses next to the bed. The rooms are delightful, comfortable, and soothing, and the beds lull you to sleep. Everything you need is there, along with an excellent, diverse guidebook of where to eat in Geneva by the “chef whisperer.” That hospitality shows itself in how they handle even the smallest moments. When I was having trouble finding the hotel, they said, tell me where you are and wait there, and we will come to you. A team member walked down, introduced himself, got into the car with me, and guided me in. When he learned I was leaving in the morning, he offered to have my car left in front. And at departure, where it can often feel officious, they made me feel that they were genuinely happy I had stayed. I had asked where I could buy a copy of their guidebook, and when I checked out, they gave it to me as a gift. That says it all. It is an elegant gesture, and it is, in its own way, what luxury should feel like—warm, considered, and quietly generous, like being wrapped in the softest cashmere.
Disliked:It was perfect

Great, charming hotel in the heart of Old Geneva but avoid elevator rooms

Liked:I love Les Armures and stay there every time I go to Geneva but this time I had a room by the elevator, which made my stay hell. The staff are always incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast is really nice. Best bacon this side of the Channel.
