Not the service & quality I would expect for the price

Liked:I liked the central location and the bed was comfortable too. That's about it.
Disliked:On check in, the key card didn't work the first time, had to go back down. The room wasn't really clean, only the main surfaces. The heating was on, even if I turned it down completely. When I complained about it, the staff promised they would do something about it, but they didn't. I had to open the windows, but it was so loud outside, I couldn't sleep. When I closed them, it was too hot in the room. Breakfast was very cheap, low quality food with very little selection.

I was happy for a place to stay central to everything, but it was unpleasant in the room itself.

Liked:Location was great. An easy walk to the lake, the river, old town, restaurants. The room was quiet.
Disliked:The staff was unprofessional, the rooms seem poorly laid out. The bathroom is very hard to maneuver, it's so small. It could be very charming, but it is in great need of an update all around. Unlike other hotels I've visited in the area, it seems dead. I didn't see anyone in the lobby area or in the restaurant. You are paying for location, not accommodations. There were metal covers on the windows that could be rolled up or down. I have no idea why.
