Liked:Place was clean

Disliked:The indoor pool area needs more ventilation chemicals were so strong I could only stay in there for about 20 minutes. Made my throat burn and on the way home had to take my service dog to an errand vet due to her having trouble breathing.

We would stay again the staff were great and location was convenient

Liked:It was convenient to the trolly the pizza place next door was awesome. The room was nice the beds were soft plenty of towels.

Disliked:Needed a dresser in the room for clothes that do not hang. Closest door handle was broken had to use a string to open it. Pool area was very hot and humid. Also pool area said no drinks yet people brought coolers and drinks

Great location and comfortable stay

Liked:Our room was very comfortable with the best pillows and comfortable beds. The pool and lazy river were really fun and breakfast was great. You can't beat the location of this hotel if you have any plans in/around Gatlinburg!

Disliked:Some minor cosmetic work would really elevate the experience and maybe attract more guests. There's nothing though that I can say we didn't like, it's a good hotel, in a great location, for a great value
