Liked:The front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating

Disliked:The shower wasn't very clean, the bathroom sink was black on bottom, there were reservations for 2 and room was supplied in linens for one(which the sweet front desk lady got us more very quickly). The pool area wasn't cleaned daily as noted by the same items left by people on Monday was still there Tuesday evening at 7pm when we returned and there was no access to a public bathroom at the pool.Went to set on the terrace by the river and the firepits weren't operational. Requested a river front view, received the very top building that gave a five foot scene of the river from the balcony, not overlooking the river as requested.

Disliked:Rooms are in need of a complete renovation. The bathroom was straight out of 1980 something. Drains didnt work well. It was clean I will say that.

Clean old room but neglected hotel otherwise. Only good deal if it's cheap rate season.

Liked:Beds were newer super firm but comfortable , not far from the parkway and close to mysterious mansion and pancake pantry . Housekeeping is on point and it was clean, clearly doing best they can with what they are working with. Room AC is cold.

Disliked:Hotel is old, without updates or even minor repairs. My sister's room which I paid for had a toilet coming off the wall , fire pit had no propane, huge convention areas attached to room areas were neglected and creepy, the building 7 was hot and musty , old carpets w stains and rippling which is tripping hazard. The gym ac was non existent making anticipated workout impossible. Really sad. Over priced for what you get, I paid 330 for 2 rooms for 1 night. (or rather don't get) and the buildings have no secure entry/exits. Anyone can get in and out if that concerns you.

A Pet Dog must not exceed 60 pounds or, in the case of two Pet Dogs, they must not exceed 60 pounds in combined total weight. Height and length restrictions apply to Pet Dogs—they can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. A mandatory, nonrefundable Pet Dog Fee of $150.00 USD per reservation will be charged at check-in for Pet Dogs reported at the time of check-in. An additional $150.00 USD per reservation penalty will be charged for Pet Dogs unreported to the Front Desk at check-in and found in the room/suite (also known as an “Unauthorized Pet Dog Penalty Fee”).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
