Liked:I liked the rooms, location, the staff, and that they serve breakfast and have inside and outside seating.

Disliked:The pool was not usable the entire week we were there. They said it was because of the rain along with the heat and that they were working on it. They need to add a protein to their breakfast.

Great location in downtown Gatlinburg with a wonderful staff.

Liked:Great location. Within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. Really friendly service.
