Disappointing overall and bad attitude from the man at the front desk

Liked:Very well located if you have business in this part of town. It looked modern. The suite had an alright layout. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The check out was a breeze, thankfully.

Disliked:The attitude of the person who welcomed me (I suspect this was the owner) was terrible. He could not understand French properly and I had to switch to English. I tried to point out there was an intermittent issue with one of the thermostats in the room, and I was met with contempt and an overall unhelpful attitude. I suspect some deeper electrical problem because the thermostat was turning off when touched to adjust the settings. After experiencing this man's bad mood, I stayed clear of him and did not want to interact with him at all. He did not make me feel welcome there. The privacy latch was broken. The floors felt sticky. There was a kind of melted chocolate stain on the couch. Both TVs were equipped with Chromecast devices, but they were unplugged. Even when plugged, they did not work properly and they could not connect to the Wi-Fi network. There was a cheap strong perfume in the entrance and hallways.
