Liked:The location was good.

Disliked:One staff member, Emile, was horrible. She was very rude. She gave me a room that smelled like sewage. Another staff member told me they knew that room had issues, yet she gave it to me anyway. We had to move rooms, the smell was so bad. The pool area was stifling hot but the water was cold. The staff let kids attending a hockey tournament in the area go crazy. They ran and screamed and were everywhere in the hotel with no supervision. There were about 10-12 kids in the workout room fooling around at one point with nothing bending done by the staff to stop any of it. This was a poorly run hotel.

The room was spacious and quiet and the location was what was convenient for what we needed.

Liked:The rooms were spacious and very quiet.

Disliked:The staff at the front desk (most notably the young lady working on the day of check in) were not pleasant. The lady at checkin was outright rude and ignorant. She chatted about her weekend plans with a visiting friend of over an hour while we sat in the lobby. I was happy I wasn’t the person on the hook for paying her salary. On the second last day, the gentleman was quite pleasant. Housekeeping and the breakfast staff were very nice.
