Comfortable but could be cleaner

Disliked:Dirty under desk..lots of crumbs. Very dusty. No guide for tv or wifi password.

Liked:Clean and quiet.

Disliked:check-in guy didn't answer me ringing the bell when I checked in because he was sleeping in the back office and finally woke up. It was only 7 pm.

Liked:Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for us.

Disliked:The hotel could use some sprucing up. The breakfast buffet was very basic and not very tasty.
