Disliked:We had to go to a wake and arrived about 2:40 PM extra time in room would have been nice. Desk clerk just smiled and said we would have to wait until 3 PM. Promptly at 3 PM room became available. We happen to be in our late 80s. Kids running all over did not feel comfortable.

I left without sleeping over because I felt I walked into a tenement from Hells Kitchen before it w.

Liked:The receptionist Taylor, was kind, cheerful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She was a 10/10 Super sweet.

Disliked:There was hair in my bed. It seemed like it was a HUD living situation and not at all a hotel for people needing a day or 2.
