Liked:Absolutely positively nothing this place is a Absolutely positively shit hole idid not stay there due to the Asian women that was very mean and nasty and refused me service due to me asking several questions at check in for one these people are very disorganized and don't know what they are doing when I first arrived there there was one Asian women waiting on one man he was transporting heavy equipment and couldn't find his reservation and was asking him several questions I could tell he was very unhappy and than another Asian woman showed up to help the first Asian women that was having problems checking in the transporter hauling heavy equipment after she got done with helping her co worker she asked me if she could help me and I proceeded to tell her I had a reservation and than she wanted id to confirm my reservation which I produced and than she told me I owe her a 100 dollars I told her it was already prepaided for the room for the night 🌙 and than she told me that it was for a deposit and when I questioned this additional charge she got upset 😡 and very offensive and told me she could refused me service which she did and wouldn't charge her mind.

Disliked:The family who manages or owns this hotel was absolutely awful to deal with. They charge a $100 hold for EACH room, which is frustrating enough, but that wasn’t even the worst part. According to my bank, although the hotel may technically “release” the hold, if they don’t batch out the transaction promptly, your money can remain tied up indefinitely. I called the front desk simply trying to explain what my bank had told me and ask for help. Instead of listening, the receptionist began yelling at me, then accused ME of yelling and hung up on me. What bothered me even more was watching this same person yell at an elderly man who was upset because he did not want to pay the deposit. He eventually left. Seeing an older gentleman treated that way was honestly disturbing. A deposit policy is one thing. Treating paying guests with hostility, disrespect, and absolutely no compassion is another. I have rarely encountered customer service this unnecessarily aggressive.

Liked:nothing it was cheap and we got what we paid for. plus i also felt very profiled. i definitely felt i was treated different because i was native american

Disliked:the room had a leaking facet, the carpets looked so dirty i didn’t want to walk barefoot i had to exchange my towels to get clean ones i had to wait for my room to be inspected before i could check out and get a receipt i got charged a fee for a service i don’t even receive when i stayed for a 2 star hotel the deposit was ridiculous 100 dollars !!
