Nice ranch which needs some improvements

Liked:We stayed at the 320 Guest Ranch for 4 nights and had a cabin with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen near the river. The ranch is located in a very beautiful valley and overall we had a good stay, but: - the ranch does not provide housekeeping service in the cabin, which I found unacceptable considering we were staying for 4 nights - the cabins near the river are also close to the road, which can be quite noisy - the kitchen is tiny and equipped with very old and heavily used pots and dishes, which doesn’t make you want to use them - the breakfast, which many reviews described as fantastic, I found just okay - the BBQ night is very nice in terms of how it’s organized, but starting to eat at 5:30 and finishing by 7 seemed a bit unreasonable to me - the ranch is also quite far from Yellowstone’s West Entrance, as it takes about 45 minutes to get there

Beautiful Place

Liked:My son, dog and I had a great time staying at 320 GR. I loved waking up every morning and walking my dog surrounded by beautiful mountains and a gorgeous river—just so serene and peaceful. And it was even better bc i had a hot fresh of coffee w me from the included breakfast—divine. We had a great time horseback riding—wrangler maddie was a delight. We took fly fishing lessons and that too was fun…and yep, we caught a fish! Paige and Liam at the activities desk were helpful and very sweet, loved on our dog, which always gets points in our book. Just a gorgeous place with great peeps and beauty abound.

Great riding and ranch experience.

Liked:What an amazing an wonderful experience. The entire staff was very friendly, organized and on time. The accommodations where fantastic (although the pillows can be improved) and the overall riding experience and views are breathtaking. The food quality at their restaurant is simply amazing! Very high end for a dude ranch. My only complaint is they don't allow any trotting, cantering, or anything with the horses. I understand why they don't, but they should have horses available for advanced riders. Also, they could use an "activities director" to coordinate events such as "guest cocktail hour at the bon fire", kid events, etc.
