Liked:Great view of the pool and mountains, fairly new furniture and plumbing.

Disliked:The space is too open to the neighboring house. A few trees could be planted for some privacy and just some greenery. It's very uncomfortable that the sockets are located behind the headboard. It takes a lot of effort to, for example, charge a phone or plug in a bedside lamp.

A spacious and cozy house with everything needed for a comfortable stay

Liked:We liked the house in Kakopetria. It was quite spacious and cozy. The pool was clean but small. The house had everything we needed — from a toaster to an oven, but there was no dishwasher. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and were happy with it.

Disliked:The only thing we didn’t like was that some of the mosquito nets were torn, so we were a bit worried about leaving the windows open at night. Other than that, everything was great and we had a comfortable stay.

Worth it for the peace and quiet, mountain views and location but needs updating and upgrading for the price asked.

Liked:The property is in a good location and wonderful views. Cool evening temperature and a bakery close by. It is close to Kakopetria so we had plenty to do. When we did have issues the owner did respond quickly which we appreciated.

Disliked:Pool was not clean and did not have adequate chlorine levels. The place needs a repaint , more of a deep clean. I found some white mens underpants behind one of the toilets so it was not thoroughly cleaned. We did get a cot and highchair but the cot was dirty and we could not use it (looks like smoke residue on the mesh) so would of appreciated this being bought new. They are inexpensive from jumbo. The fridge was not well cleaned either. Also, the frying pan has no handle so was hard to cook with it. Just in general it needs some new items and some TLC to make this a-lot better as it has potential. For the price this was not up to my expectations in all honesty. It is very expensive.
