Terrible stay. The worst ever !

Liked:This hotel is beautiful from outside and the reception area and 1st floor layout is also beautiful. I usually like everything and do not write negative reviews, but this time was so bad that I would like to share with the future guests. Also - when we were checking out, I did ask to talk to the manager to address the concerns - they told me that the manager 'is not' there right now, and will call me in the afternoon. But no-one called, so I am sharing here.

But no-one called, so I am sharing here. 1.) We had both King and Queen beds in the room, and the bedding on the King bed had clearly NOT been changed after the previous guests. This was extremely disturbing and unsanitary, and it STILL feels disgusting to think about. When we first arrived, before we had even asked any questions, we were immediately told at reception, “This is the last room, we don’t have any other rooms available.” At the time, that seemed like a strange thing to say when we were simply checking in. In retrospect, it makes us wonder whether the hotel was already aware that there was a problem with the room (#248). 2.) The smell in the room was really bad and very unpleasant. The King bed in particular had a terrible smell that appeared to have been left behind by the previous guest. Combined with the fact that the bedding had not been changed, it made the bed feel completely unclean and unacceptable to sleep in. 3.) The room was very outdated. And dirty.

Liked:The pool area is very good,the room was big

Disliked:The hotel is old and The room was very dark,only lampshades,it wasn t clean, the door of the bathroom was dirty and covered in splashes. The maid didn t restock the toiletries.The breakfast wasn t good,only the omeletes that they made fresh.The bed sheets were of poor quality.Best western never more
