Great location and staff, they can step up the cleanliness of the room

Liked:Very good common areas, great location, friendly staff

Disliked:The room was not clean enough. Floors were not clean and the room was dusty You can only valet your car and often had to wait about 15min after requesting it to get the car.

Didn't meet expectations.

Liked:Breakfast was really good and the hotel front desk looks nice.

Disliked:Pool area was kind of abandoned, A/C in the room was super noisy, lack of personnel to assist when you arrive (there was only the receptionist - the guy taking care of the valet parking was on his own and had to go get cars leaving the entrance unattended.
