Centrally located hotel with all the necessary amenities. Excellent customer service.

Liked:Great location within proximity of shops, restaurants and skiing. Bus stop outside front door. Great, friendly, knowledgeable, humorous staff who were always visible and attentive to our needs. Plentiful breakfast. Nice spa area. Beautiful murals on hotel walls.

Disliked:Room decor was a little dated. No evening meals available although restaurants were nearby, booking recommended.

Liked:The stabai super card , it's been great , we go to the glacer and pool with slides , and more. The rooms in the hotel been good.

Disliked:The hotel been totally empty , all of the facilities been close the pool ( they open it after we asked but the water been frosen ) , spa , sauna and act been close. The breakfest was poor for 4 star hotel again because the hotel been "open" we and 2 more guests. I think it's not ok , if you not have guest close the hotel or if you keep it open , keep it open but all of it. I been in a lot of austrian hotels 3 , 4 and 5 stars , sadly this been worst experience I had ever.

Owners were helpful and very friendly. They have a beautiful hotel.

Liked:The breakfast exceeded expectations. Lots of options to choose from. The omelets were amazing.

Disliked:Mattress was a little firm but I slept fine. Shower head was a little low but not a problem. Great water pressure.

I can't wait to come back to this friendly, charming hotel which left me feeling relaxed and happy!

Liked:This is a traditional hotel, walking in it feels like a blast from the past. Dark wood and old school furniture. The couple running the hotel are absolutely delightful! They were incredibly friendly and very attentive throughout my stay, saying good morning over breakfast and answering all my questions. It was a joy to see them work. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Plentiful and very fresh. With the ability to order omelettes and pancakes etc. Make sure you have plenty of time in the morning to enjoy it all whilst looking out at the mountains. The spa area is very spacious with 3 different saunas and a small pool. Very basic gym and a pingpong table. It was the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain.

Disliked:The room was very spacious but did lack the basic tea kettle and water that I would have expected. I found a pair of reading glasses under the bed from a previous guest which made me wonder how efficient the cleaning staff are :)
