Very disappointed

Disliked:I was not very happy . I went there mid tour to have a few days to chill and lay by the outdoor pool The outdoor pool wasn’t able to be used until July . We went in June I would not have stayed there if I had known

I don't expected and unsatisfied

Liked:I don't anticipate this from the Hilton hotel, with such a filthy window that you can't see through it clearly, and the showerhead along with the design of the hot tub was unsatisfactory. I don't understand why they aren't planning to renovate it when they charge their customers a premium; they receive top dollar but don't invest enough in such an outdated and unattractive Japanese bath and sauna that they charge extra for.
