Liked:The location, breath taking view, if you are lucky as we were. The public bath was a nice touch with a good water circuit for a low price. Staff in helpdesk spoke fluent English which is rare.

Disliked:Breakfast could be more complete. Room toilet was quite narrow and the sleeping pillow not the comfiest. It sounds like neat picking, and it is, but there are my only reasons not to give it a 10!

A nice hotel with nice observatories of the lake and the Fuji

Liked:Nice hotel near the southern shore of lake, lake Kawaguchiko. Beautiful Gardens. Several excellent view points to see Fuji Mountain (if weather allows). Breakfast was good. We arrives with a car and the hotel's location was great for exploring the Fuji Lakes area.
