I pay for 1400 euro to stay 2 nights and 2 days but its not worth for what he have experience

Liked:I lile the pool area and thats it only

Disliked:The food was so very choices in buffet breakfast, the room is not a wow factor, for a 5 star hotel guest experience is very important, that bathtub faucet is broken, the shower rod is broken, the sink lit is broken, and when we go before our breakfast there is no water in the room to take a bath we have to wait until it has a water. We book for many hotels but this as 5 star hotel there arw better than this , they need to upgrade even the tv is old.
