Best beds ever

Liked:Best beds I’ve slept on! Enjoyed the pool and walking to Stonebriar mall. Had a nice time here!

Horrible stay because of parking with bad information from the host resulting in getting towed

Liked:Good location, and the bed were very comfy

Disliked:The parking situation was a disaster. There was no parking placard in the unit. The host sent instructions before in a message that if no placard, you needed to get a permit that is good for 24 hours, which apparently it is not. I immediately got a permit when I checked in which apparently expired 4 hours later (!!!) and my car got towed that night at a very hefty price and caused me to have to find a way to get cash, and get transport to the tow yard. This all happened when I was getting ready for a wedding with my family. I talked to another person in the complex who said it's a place that tows non-stop and the permits are a mess. This should have been very clear in the instructions with a sufficient warning...especially since they clearly said it's good for 24 hours. On top of that, the second two days, I had to then pay for a parking permit, which was never listed in the agreement either. Needless to say, this absolutely caused a disaster for me and my family on what should have been a great weekend. I don't suggest staying here unless you want a stressful parking permit situation that you deal with daily. We worried about permits the entire rest of the trip.
